National Academic Ensemble of Folk Dance and Music

       This organization was founded in 1945 as a general entertainment group. It has performed in more than 100 countries around the world. Recently the group enriched its show with play-like scenic story telling performances. Among the most popular performances there are "The Three Peaks", "Sunjidmaa", "Badarchin", "The Legend of Sun", "The Golden Tribe", "The Hunter Song", and "The Horse Appraisal".

Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet

        The first professional theater of Mongolia as the State Central Theater was established in 1931. Among the main diamonds of repertoire are P. Tchaikovsky "Evgeniy Onegin", a piece from Leo Tolstoi's "War and Peace"; G. Puccini "Madame Butterfly" and certain works of G. Verdi, G. Rossini.G. Bizet "Carmen", F. Chopin, W. A. Mozart and a number of national classic productions.
